Migration is planned for 2027. When it ships, your chart of accounts, contacts, invoices, bills and bank transactions will come across without manual re-entry — from Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent and anything that exports CSV. The rest of Marchant is live today.

How the switch will work
Export from your old tool
Download your data as CSV, or use a direct export. Our guides will show you exactly which files to grab.
Import into Marchant
Upload the files in the import wizard. It maps the fields and flags anything that needs a second look.
Check & go live
Review your opening balances and a sample of invoices against your old system, then you're live.
Switch with confidence
No data loss
Your history will come across intact — open invoices, paid invoices and reconciled transactions.
Keep your old tool running
Nothing is deleted on the other side. You'll be able to run both in parallel until you're happy.
