Marchant is an all-in-one accounting platform built for small and medium-sized businesses in the United Kingdom. One subscription covers professional invoicing, bank statement import and reconciliation, expense capture with OCR, multi-currency invoicing and a full double-entry ledger. On the tax side it files VAT directly to HMRC under Making Tax Digital, and supports the Construction Industry Scheme, Corporation Tax preparation and Self Assessment estimation. Open banking feeds and UK payroll through a BrightPay Connect sync are coming soon. France and Germany are planned for 2028.

On the tax side, Marchant files directly to HMRC Making Tax Digital (MTD), and supports the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), Corporation Tax preparation (CT600) and Self Assessment estimation.
